Any1 know somewhere in london sells decent bike batteries?
Bought 1 from chasbikes a month ago and has gone kaputt, 4 ******* volts in it, lol.
It a crap make so want a decent 1.

Before you fit a new battery get your Regulator/Rectifier checked out:)
These people are the tops. Best prices, and can advise on the best type of battery for your bike. Note the bike manufacturer may have chosen the cheapest type.

Already done that m8, got a spare and both are ok, looks like the alram that dont work properly is draing it more than should but rhe batt that was on the bike in the first place works far better than the new 1.
Is it a Datatool Alarm?
No m8, it a spyball. dont work, arm/disarm but it does immobilise though, if you deattatch it from battery.
I Just removed the Spyball this morning that was fitted on my bike.
After I had probs last week with the electrics, I found the Spyball (which i didnt know was fitted) under the tail. Heres hoping it sorted!
if i could not see mine under seat ya would not know was there too.Did you rip it off m8 or some1 else do it for ya? how did ya get on with the wires going into cdi/loom etc? is it a case of just cuting em or have ya gotta attach em to each other etc?
Done it myself, not too bad a job, whoever put it on had spliced into the wires and soldered them in place and then taped them back up. hardest one was into the main fuse…it was cut very close to the spade end connector and i had ‘let’ a piece of wire in to reach, but everything seems fine now and used the bike today, so cross fingers that i might have ‘cured’ my problems…good luck with yours!
