Is it ab big deal not to have your baffle in… It makes my bike sound so much nicer… i have a SV650S, scorpian exhaust but it sounds rubbish with the baffle in but lovely with the baffle out… i know its not legal but hey… does anyone else do this?

El Gordo’s (aka Il Bandito) 650 Bandit sounded pretty sweet when the Carbon Can disconnected it’s self leaving a straight forward open pipe.
Antone know how to get the baffle out of those things without destroying the can?
Baffles out all day long.
Need to put them back in for MOT purpose though…
I’ve got one of those somewhere in the garage, never been on the bike 
take the end can off, get a broom stick and give it up a shove up the can from the link end. It will push the baffle straight out. Although you do have to remove the rivet holding it in first :hehe:
depends where you get your MOT done;)
