Close all the public toilets, and the result is people peeing everywhere. It then costs loads to clean the affected areas, and your solution is to spend more money painting walls with anti piss paint! It’d be far simpler to reopen public toilets.

Apparently there’s five in the area. That’s five more than Greenwich but then we have acres of parkland, just beware of the dogsh1t.
