I wear the Bohn armored shirt, with back protection built in, and for my coccyx, I wear the Bohn armored pants, they fit under a pair of loose jeans (i.e. any non designer fit jeans, that are loose enough to swing a leg over a motorcycle while wearing them). There is a special piece of armor JUST for that purpose.
They sold me on it, by the the testimony of a rider, who while taking a trip to Mexico, was hit while stopped by a BUS. Took the bus bumper right in the Kyber. An ambulance came by, loaded him up and took him to the emergency room. The doctors X-rayed him and X-rayed him. He asked what the problem was, and they pointed out on his backside the impression of the soft armor in the pants, the bus’s bumper had embedded that bit hard enough he still had the imprint a couple of hours later. That little bit of soft armor had saved him a LOT of grief, a long way from home, possibly permanent injury as well. They could not believe that he could walk without pain. A few muscle relaxers, a trip home and he was fine.
I tried a Forcefield on at Infinity before Christmas and it was the most comfortable for me at 6’ 2", it was the same/similar to the one in the link above but didn’t notice if it was CE1 or 2, I think it was just under a £100 but I could have got it for about £70, although sadly at the time I just didn’t have the cash available.
Its high up on my list of things to buy very very soon mind.
