I was at a Yamaha dealer day a couple of weeks ago at Rockingham and one of the BRAND NEW R6’s got smashed up by an instructor trying to put some miles on the bike to run it in!!
Well the R6 was well and truly run in … into the ground!!
I wnt out on an R6 at midday (still patchy/wet/cold0. Then on an R1 when it warmed up in the afternoon. Awsome day out!!
Doh! What waste. Are you sure it was a Focused bike because theyre based further south and dont go to Rockingham. Could have been the CSS bike perhaps?
It was’nt a track day. It was a corporate event paid for by Yamaha to launch there 07 model inup to there dealers. I managed to blag my way onto it!!
