I’m in Ashford…just down the road! But i’m relatively new to the area so can offer no advice at all haha
The parking permit’s not a problem as we’ve got off street parking for the car and a garage to keep the bike in:w00t:
Thankfully I work a lot of weekends so I won’t be bothered too much by the matches.
The parking is not to much of a problem actually . They only close Whitton Rd , about an hour before kick off , then about an hour to an hour and a half afterwards . They are pretty good at letting you know when the games are on . I’m lucky in the parking department because i live in private cul de sac which most people don’t even know is there , and have my own garage at the back of my garden , to keeps the bikes asfe and sound . Also because of our location , we get in ballot for tickets , which is only open to local residents , this includes all fixtures likely to be sold out, ie the 6 nations games plus any concerts they put on . Last summer we had The Eagles and Genesis and some local R@B band called The Rolling Stones . This summer we have Bon Jovi and Iron Maiden so far i belive .
