Have you tried AGV.com?

I love dealing with the Italians. Polite, prompt and often send small stuff FOC.

Just be a bit polite and formal when you send the email.

Try the AGV UK office/importers I guess - also Hein Gerike are often quite good at sourcing parts/accessories/bits for AGV lids as they stock the entire range.
