This job’s poo, and I’m having a “sick of selfish Londoners treating everyone badly” kind of week.
There’s a lot of people out there who’ve been doing their damdest to snuff out my radiant warmth and caring demeanour 
and I’m fighting to stop that cos you wouldn’t like me if I was angry…
