Apparently mine was delivered to me! Not sure how as I’ve not taken delivery… waiting to see what Amazon say about it all now…

Yes, Amazon deliveries have gone proper down hill since they took the work away from Royal Mail
I was saying to my Mrs this weekend that they just seem to use random off the street now.
Well it was a bit of a cluster on this.
I’d made it quite clear I wanted a replacement as the price had gone up. They issued a refund which meant they could not replace it, could not offer me a credit so I had to buy it again at the full price and await the difference on a refund!
fecking nightmare! lets see how it all goes. I will say though the Customer Service did work pretty hard to sort out a solution so fair play to them! shame about the delivery.
What fecks me off is someone has taken delivery of the satnav kept it and going to end up with it for free!
This happened to me once. They sent the othe one out and the original one arrived 2 weeks later
I used mine yesterday on the way to work selected curvey roads. It was fun but it took 20 minutes longer than usual 
apparently the replacement was delivered today!
If Amazon have delivered it twice and you’ve not received it and they have your correct address you’d probably be better off explaining that to the delivery man, assuming he speaks English.
