nah sorry to hear that ginge, hope you heal fast, always tell yourself it could of been alot worse

Sorry to hear this Ginge but what was the point of buying all the great new gear then not wearing it?

Hope you & the bike are fixed soon

ouch

Did a similar thing a couple years back, jeans over no protection at all!

My one was a bit of a biology lesson - i had a car accident a couple of years previously and you could see all the scar tissue were a mobile phone holder had been embedded in it:sick:

Didnt think to stop and take photos tho!

GWS mate. Do yourself a favour and promise to yourself you’ll never ride in jeans/ t-shirt. Check out my photos. It’s been 18 months since my crash and i’ve kept the promise. Life and health are too important to waste.Legs:

Jeans:

And the bike:

Look after youself!

Get Well Soon mate

At least you won’t not go out without the gear on next time…

Err might need to crop the top of the first photo there mate…

Unlucky mate, did you see what made you come off like diesel or something like that.

I thought Westie would be the first to spot that ;)Get well soon Ginger…If you need bike help, let me know.

He must still be speachless :w00t:

thanks for all the reply

Grimbusa the reason why i didnt wear my leathers is us drivers dont have lockers at work and im not going to carry around the leathers in the truck just to get damaged, its only about 15 mins away me me my work

JOhnp No i didnt see what i come off on but i know its been raining on and off so the roads are a bit slippy, just a bummer though it had to happen to me

looks like strawberries were on the road that day

knox armour can let you wear more comfortable trousers for those lazy days

oh, and forgot to say hope you get better

I had a van hit my knee leading to a hospital bed

but it was the road that hurt more

I’ve got Knox ‘strap-ons’ for wearing under my summer riding clobber as the armour in them was a bit naff and was halfway down my shins.

The Knox stuff is very comfortable and covers all the right bits.:stuck_out_tongue:

Sorry you’re damaged and glad the bike’s not too badly hurt.

Nasty Ginger hope you patch up soon.

TCP is a wonderfull thing once you get your head around the insane stinging…

R

  This is the first thing I saw, then looked at your knee

Hope you heal quickly… have you got the cot bumpers and quilt to go with the Winnie rug? :stuck_out_tongue:

Oh My… :pinch: put those plums away

Like the knee sliders though lol

GWS ginge

lol

That’s madness mate  Even our Robbie on a 50 scoot wears leathers to college which is only down the road  if he didn’t he might not be here after his recent head on :satisfied:Chuck gear in ruck sack and carry
