They say it’ll be compulsory but that’s all well and good if it ain’t priced beyond my purse strings will allow considering I have two perfectly good jackets hanging in the cupboard.
If it is compulsory, how they gonna enforce it? Coppers gonna stop you every time they see you!?
On the whole it seems a good idea though…until you get off the bike and forget to unplug the thing!
