ACF50 Application

I got a can of ACF50 for ages but after reading the label it says, do NOT use in the areas that get hot. Whole bloody bike gets hot with very few exceptions.
Do you just put this stuff on foot pegs and suspension? I've applied it on the wheels (Not tires) in hope that they'll be easier to clean... hellfire2260

Haha, shows how many of us read the can  I almost exclusively put it on the engine.

The site does say:

  • Approved for use on electrics and engines
It's probably worth bearing in mind how many industries ACF-50's sold into, and the different definitions of "hot" in them.

If you don’t spray it on the bits that get hot you won’t get the full experience. Don’t fire up the bike in an enclosed space.

Hah. Following your advice I sprayed the thing all over. Looking forward to getting it hot for a full effect

The smell of acf50 burring off smells like winter to me

It’s the best way to commute - in an purple cloud of acrid smoke. The only way to get more space on the road is to get a Pan European and a white helmet.

Used allYeatBiker once but there didn’t used to be many franchises near SE London so we have to arrange group bookings. Apply myself now, seems to work well
