Absolutely Tragic

A mate of mine attended this last night.

Apparently after the accident he managed to take his helmet off and call the emergency services himself, even though he was trapped under his bike and well off the road down a deep ditch.

Unfortunatley he didn’t know where he was, so the rescue teams had to search a huge area.

Fire crews ended up jogging for a mile down the lane to finally find him.

He must of heard the search going on because he even tried to throw his helmet up the bank in an attempt to draw attention, but by the time they got to him it was too late.

How fuking tragic is that?

My thoughts go out to his family and friends.

Ride safe people.

Poor fella. RIP.

Very sad news.

Tragic news, sounds like the fireman did well to find him. Is it known how he ended up in the ditch?
