After having two months of nothing but agro with my System 4 alarm and losing all confidence with the supplying dealer (Daytona Ruislip) I spoke to Datatool direct, who as luck would have it, put me on to Charlie. He fitted a new alarm under warranty (even though the alarm wasn’t registered on Datatool’s system - the documents hadn’t been sent, or had been ‘lost in the post’ - yeah, right), sorted out the messy wiring, and fitted a reed switch. Top job and now it’s set-up just fine and dandy.
