bloody weather here is CALGARY alberta …Friken cold and lots of snow ****, stopping from riding, should of immigrated to OZ
But I bet most things if not everything are running as normal! We had some wind here last week and the country ground to a halt

hello mate i have family in calgary,duchess they have a beef ranch,but shaun works for the oil componys out there,he keeps saying we shpild move over there,whats it like apart from cold
Actually Uknow its not that bad, 1 million people live in Calgary now and still has that small city feel, lots of oppertunity here, I made 100 grand on my house in the last year, just with the property prices going up.
I just get a little pissed at not being able to to ride, though cause we have chinooks in calgary the weather can change drasticly from one day to the next, it made me ill the first few years I was here, that and the high altitude.
you should come and visit your family stay for a month, and then make a decision, thats what I did, I have friends who moved to Aus, about the same time I moved to canada, they have a good time, flying a plane, going scoober diving, but the big Spiders scare the ****e out a me,
Here we just have bears, but if you leave them alone they will leave you alone mostly, there was a couple of incidents last year, when one women riding her mountain bike got attacked and killed, but as the population gets bigger here, the humans are infiltrating bear territory, and they see us as GRUB

does the weather here suck, in calgary, not really not like MANITOBA, there they have months of snow, we are lucky we may get a few weeks here and there, with a few days of being able to ride once the roads are clear
