So with the 3rd European Driving Licence Directive coming in sometime within the not too distant future, Karen Cole (Director of Training and Safety) reckons that “under the new A2 category 19 year olds can access some pretty exciting bikes”.
I don’t think exciting even enters the equation until you started getting towards the 100bhp mark, So with that in mind, what “exciting” bikes can new younger riders ride that are under 46.6bhp (4-stroke and not some fragile old wreck)?
