For sale is a 2004 Honda CBR 125.
I purchased the bike last Summer just for a bit of fun. I’ve not ridden it too much, and a friend has been using it to practice on after doing his CBT so it has now served a purpose!
As you can see from the pictures it was at some point “street fightered” with an aftermarket silencer, Renthal bars and what looks to be an old set of CG clocks. For this reason I am not sure how accurate the mileage is but it shows around 22300.
The bike is currently struggling to hold its charge which will need investigating by the new owner, to my knowledge this is down to either the battery or pulse generator.
The MOT ran out on the bike in March and was serviced just prior. I have changed the oil on the bike twice in the time I have had it. As you can see the tyres are in good condition with the rear one having done less than 1k. At least one of the fork seals are likely to need changing before it passes the MOT again but this is not a big job.
The bike has a number of cosmetic defects that were present when I purchased it including scratches/small dents in the tank and rust spots consistent with a bike coming up to 10 years old.
Despite this, once the bike is put through the MOT and the charging issue solved I hope it will be a nice run around or to learn on.
