If they were the ‘after recovered’ pics, the police may say that they have been stripped for spares already!!
I can’t believe it! I’d say that they were stolen to order for a collector… 
Saw them both at the MCN show earlier this year. The Barnstormer is a really beautiful piece of precision engineering!
To adapt a line from the greatt film Snatch:
“it’s not as if they’re incon-f***ing-spicuous, now is it?”
I suspect they have been impounded by someone with good taste to save the rest of us having to look at them.
Art, they may be; brilliant engineering they may be; but they still look like a crock of to me.
What a shame!
