2 bikes down A23 Norbury

2 bikes down outside Norbury Police Station on A23 at 7.30 this morning.From the position of the bikes on the road it looks like a red & black Kawasaki may have been filtering along the outside of traffic when a car turned right infront of him. The second bike may have been behind the Kwak and hit that accident.

One of the riders was still down with a policeman supporting his neck and head. An ambulance was already on scene.

Hope both riders are ok.

Thanks for the warning, Donners. I ride past there every day and am due to do so in about 45 minutes; hopefully the road will be clear by then but I will be mindful of the possible need for a detour.

Hope the rider on the ground is not too badly hurt, and the other one is ok.
