Seems to be a popular thing.
All I know for sure is the fork seals will probably leak twice as fast!
i was on the gsr (basic forks) one day and a dude on a scoot pulled up with usd forks 
ffs!

I found this in Vilamoura (portugal) ,I also found its owner ,he served me gin and steak :D. Its does seem to be a bit of a bed of cool small bikes around the marina . I always rent the apartment that overlooks it on the coast side and every night something weird would go past .
My brothers kaiser 125 has usd’s the funny part is the OSD is 41mm and some of you will know that most of us non usd folk our righty forks are 41mm.
