I’ll explain the situation : I’ve bought a ZXR 400 beginning of November, crashed it 4 days after…
Fixed it for it to be rideable but then had electrical problems, at the moment it’s not starting !

So now that you are aware of that…

ZXR 400 L8 – 19241Km , Approx 12K miles

Front fairing broken
No more windscreen
one side of the front mudguard is gone
Side fairing are touching front wheel, need to straightent the fixations
Front Indicators to change
Left fork tube is leaking, need to change the seal
The exhaust pipe has damaged the swingarm, dont have the hardware to change it but cost £30 on ebay
Front rim had a little chock , tested to 90mph and it’s going straight.

Battery changed and stay on my Oxford charger all winter
Front tire as done only 40 miles , Michelin Pilot Power
Rear tire is a Maxxis supersport, lot of life left
Front Brake Master Cylinder changed after the crash, new fluid obviously
Right Footpeg holder changed
2 CDI , both “M” , full rev , they should both work
regulator changed
alternator is working well
wiring loom changed
Both fairing bracket changed
Fork is straight, tested at the OMC
Braided brake line front and back
Flip up levers, also come with regular ones plus a bend brake one
The tank is not damaged
Will give everything i’ve got, including old wiring loom, old regulator, old Mastercylinder, chain and lock, very good bike cover, battery charger, WD40, dot4… everything I’ve got !
The crash has not been registered by the insurance
MOT expire 31/05 and Tax in November
V5 in my name , got the 2 keys but one is was damaged in the crash
I can sell it without the V5 if you prefer…

I tried to be as honest as possible, I’m sure that someone with a garage and some time will have a really good bike without spending a lot

If you have more questions i’ll be happy to answer, same for giving you specific pictures

You are welcome to see the bike in north london , near North Finchley , i’ll leave this ads here for around 1 week and then i’ll sell it on ebay.

i think the dates your tax and mot expire are the wrong way round…

if you mot’d the bike in november it’ll expire nov this year,and i imagine you only put 6 months tax on so that’ll expire in may :wink:

Not the MOT was there when I bought the bike, only have to pay for the tax , dont remember but i’m pretty sure it’s 1 year

Anyway taxing a 400cc is really cheap :o

Yeah sold it this morning for £500 :’(

I’m now starting to look for a new one in France for new week :wink:

i had set the minimum price at £500 on ebay and it havent gone any further , but this is the game, I had to sell it to the best bidder

£900 is quite a bit different to £500. Almost half the price!

Conrad B would have worked wonders with that bike as well.
