For those who have bought a second hand YZF R125 and have not informed Yahama of their purchase, fyi, I have just received a letter from Yahama informing me that the bike is subject to a recall.
It relates to potential cracks developing in the ‘fuel pump cover which in extreme cases, may result in a fuel leak’.
I sold my YZF R125 and will be forwarding the letter I received to the new owner.
For those who have not informed Yahama of their purchase (if purchased second hand), you may want to contact Yahama just in case the old owner simply ignores the letter.
