Ive been having BIG problems with my boss recently and I just wondered what you thought of yours? How do you deal with problems?
I am also the boss for another company, so there is a little bit of intrigue here 
Being in charge of anybody brings āinter personalā (blody hell, I hate that phrase) problems. I always found the fairly strict but, sometimes, flexible line between in/out of office worked best. Also you defend your staff, almost, no matter how badly they f***** up. Just bo**ock them in private later.
Current boss canāt get that balance so no one knows where they are with him. Would have made a good copper. (Like his dad.) Makes a crappy boss.
Fortunately, Iām in a position to tell him to stufff his job at the drop of a hat, but right now he needs me, so Iām enjoying him tip-toeing around me.
Soon to tell the world to stuff it and retire.
I`m my own boss, we argue all the time.
First option but knows I would turn down an R1 ā¦ So he buys me GSXRs and lots of other goodies, still canāt bribe me into the sack

No itās the bedā¦ not the other sacks that you probably donāt empty that often either

Problems with the boss?
Solution, just tell the boss how you feel, if they donāt appear interested in your point of view hurl some randon insults, swipe the contents of their desk on the floor, then if it looks like itās not going to go your wayā¦ punch the f****r square in the face.
