Well if folk on here splashed out a measly £12.99 on one of the oversuits to keep at work, it’d at least save the rest of us having to trawl through all those ‘curse those lying/incompetent gits at the Met Office saying this morning it would be sunny all day, I got soaked on the way home’ type posts on here over the summer months… :hehe:

No this is not lies. We have been very satisfied with the warmth and durability of Lidl gear in the past. If you don’t trust anything else at least buy their socks, they are great.

Kool Jetstream, a Lidl has opened up near me apparently so I shall go and get some of these socks :smiley:

Rucksacks look cheap. I bought a Oxford rucksack and not too happy with it, it sits quite low on my back and can’t get it to be higher so means it is resting on my single seat cowl and worried about scratching.

Lidl stuff motorcycling stuff tends to be quite good. You can sometimes get similar stuff from Aldi as well. I’m going to try the socks this time around if they will stretch to a size 14…
