Was just wondering if anyone is going to this… was thinking to, never been to anything like this. Is it same as the Festival of Speed or more like a show???

I keep meaning to go - have never been before - but its just too darn expensive!
Tickets from £18 apparently
Take ear muffs if you do go. Last year it was VERY loud - even 1/4 mile from the stadium.
level 1 for Adults is £75 each, if I want to see the cars its £189 each, start and finish line ticket is £110 each:)
What I find amazing is that if you order a tickets from Autosport you gotta pay £4.95 for Special Delivery… so buying 2 tickets will cost your delivery £9.90… WTF, how they justify that??? You can stick 50 tickets in same envelope and mail special delivery at £4.95…
I went last year, and apart from sitting still for almost 7 hours and almost freezing to death, it was absolutly brilliant, the atmosphere in the stadium was electric the whole time. Especially before the main event, a test driver (I think) was giving VIP laps of the circuit in a ford rally car and managed to crash at the end of the first straight. There were cheers from all around the stadium.
Went last year - fecking cold!!! not as loud as I would like it though!!
Its was so cold last year, the food hall also ran out of cups because people where ordering Teas & coffee’s.
I also going this year, brought a cpl of tickets for my old mans birthday
I watches some of that last year online and wished I had gone, so I might this year.
It is kind of expensive though. 
Really want to go, but not allowed time off in December
