hey guys im after a wr250 . preferably as a project . not a huge major one as it will suit me more. any ideas of the best place to find one other then the good old ebay?

Hoping to go for a WR250 myself, my DRZ 400 great as it is , is a bit heavy off road when you only weigh 12stone!

thanks . you i have to be a bit carefull in the weight of the bike as i weigh a staggering 10 1/2 st. ive got a yamaha dealer down the road aswell and speacialises in off-road and in deeds rides them so . all good 
I am also after one of these little babies. Pre 05 onwards…

I rode one of these on my Off Road Day and it was a FANTASTIC bike, brilliant fun and light too, compared to my current road bike!! Not that I am an expert in these matters, but I reckon you couldn’t go wrong with one. I weigh about 8 and a half stone and it didn’t cause me any problems whatsoever, so you shouldn’t have a problem with size/ weight etc

Yeah - I did the same which is why I want one. Neat bikes. I have a KTM450 but am finding it to big for me on hare and hounds. Great for laning - just to much on the tight stuff.
