A friend of mine had a similar problem when her son drove their BMW estate down their drive, across the road and wrote off the neighbour’s car parked opposite. I t took her a few attempts to get the forms accepted, her explanation that the driver didn’t have a licence because he was only four appeared to be a bit of an issue for her insurers.

Did the four year old get points on his future licence for TWOC? Lol
