My application was number 789. Website easy to use - though you need passport numbers of applicants (upto 4) to process.
ah, you can tell I didn’t go on to the website 
theres no rush, your application will go into a draw in March, so it’s not first come, first served. It’s been like this with all FIFA/UEFA tournaments since Euro 2000
