Wish Me Luck :D

Off to collect my (brand) new bike tomorrow (first bike for 17 years :D)

Got a 30 mile ride home from south london to kent, so gonna take it nice’n’easy and get some miles in on both A roads and also country lanes.

Then I might go back and do it again

Cool, man!

The weather’s supposed to be nice, too - you’ll have loads of fun!

Stop off in Westerham for a nice cup of tea.

hehe… will be passing through there! then onto brasted, down into ide hill and beyond…

Good luck! Nice and slow to warm up the tyres

Cheers - I’ve been reading this forum religiously for a while trying to pick up tips and scrubbing in new tyres was one of the things I noticed - hopefully the weatherman gets it right for a change and it’ll be a dry day

tell ya what - I’m 33 years old and it feels like the Christmas Eves from childhood - can’t wait

Gonna give it a spin round the back roads near the dealer to get a proper feel for it first

Good luck!

Good luck…when I picked up my first ever bike (scooter) at the CBT centre - I was so full of excitement I managed to crash twice on the way home!

One flip and over the top - and one into a wall.

It’s Big, It’s Clever, So Keep It Upright!

awesome man…what’re ya getting?

I’m 125ing it at the mo - CBF125 - brand spanking new - kinda reckoned that it’s the only time I’ll be able to afford a brand new bike so even if I only keep it for 6 months, I know I had one before I die

Good luck m8 and enjoy…and as mentioned, take it easy and scrub those tyres in properly!

Don’t push yourself to hard either, stay within your limits!
