Why was I late for work today!!

So go out 8:30 as always warm up the bike get gear on sit on bike about to pull away and (wait for it) BUGGER insurance ran out yesterday.

So bike back onto drive, run in the house straight onto the internet get fleeced an extra £20 from the other day and by the time it was all sorted I was already late for work…

not for the same reason but i got 15 miles down the M20 this morning and then realised i had forgotten my rucksack that i had just left on the side so as NOT TO FORGET IT…

luckily coast bound the motorway was deserted and so was most of the route so early this morning actually even through dreaded lewisham.

guess as soon as we see a bit of blue sky all other reasoning goes out of the window…

:stuck_out_tongue:

Been late because I had forgotten that I was not out for a joy ride but on the commute.

i was almost late cause I stayed up til the early hours watching Hellboy (again)… got in 10 mins early :w00t:

i always forget my security pass to get into the airport…

usually remember when im on the A205 in morning rush our so end up putting half an hour on my journey…its good to try and make up time tho;).

smiled:).

Got in early this morning and even cycled in.

I was working near Brighton once, i got to the job and realised i left the keys to the job and nobody could start work, so i had to ride home in Barnet get the keys and then ride back to Brighton.

When I moved bck to london fter my marriage collapsed, I was having some financil difficulties. Didnt realise my insurance hd lapsed till 3months after it had done so!!! No letter or anything, they just cncelled it n I was to busy trying to sort everything else I didnt have a clue

Forgot my laptop, remembered half a mile on my journey. Sadly, it was the morning last week when someone got hit by a lorry on the A3, so instead of it taking me 5 minutes to leave at the next junction and turn round, it took me 45 minutes to get back home again.

Was over an hour late for work as the whole of Guildford was solid.
