Oldie but Goldie!
Superb! Riding fast and taking the p1ss has been a core element of motorcycle culture since at least the 1960’s - regardless of what the sensible brigade will tell you ;):PIt’s part of what attracted to me to bikes in the first place and I have spent many happy years trying and sometimes succeeding to live up to the ideal. ;):P:D
Nothing objectionable in that video, except for the terribly quality. My eyes actually itch now! :w00t:
As with the other posts, seems like fairly normal riding in town to me. Infact I wouldn’t want to post public video of my old A40 commute.
I can remember my very 1st commute into London during rush hour, my mate had to wait for me coz I was so slow through traffic (i had only ridden country lanes before and was quite quick) and used to stop at gaps, then after 2 months of filtering through bumper to bumper traffic on the A13 into London I turned into an animal that really couldnt be beaten by many bikes. i can remember rolling off the front of a transit without stopping and laughing coz I got away with it, 100mph (alledgedly) through the lime house tunnels pre camera, every traffic light was an opportunity to be the quickest away, no gap ever stopped me, right side on the keep left island just before Tower bridge lights, in fact right hand side on most islands.
I’m not proud of it though, I just did it.
I wouldn’t dream of doing it now though :w00t:
I did enjoy doing it though, very much. Every morning was a track day with **** loads of miserable cagers.
nothing wrong… wheelies not really needed but he probably slower than some of us:):)
When I started commuting into Central London it used to take me about 30/45 minutes to get home, after 1 month it used to take me 15 minuts:) (my journey was about 7 miles one way) after moving work outside London and I came back into London I was very very afraid… had no idea how people were riding so fast… I got lost and a scooter rider offered to help me out, was barely keeping up with him.
