haha! They probably are , but like employees when they see the boss? they stop and pretend to be working! (being us the boss). Once I saw they chatting and laughing at a street corner, when I got near on my scooter they close their face inmediately on a really chocking way, became very polite but very cold when I asked ‘where the hell was I?’ … 
lost as usual! I can visualise they playing in the car park like that when we are not around and them change very quick at first sign of one of us…
