Why brembo brakes are the best

Changed my front pads today and it was a breeze!!!

when was it ever difficult?

Its not exactly difficult to change the pads on any bike, and where’s the picture and / or video?

look at the state of those banjos! someones slacking off! :hehe:

Well ill add abit more detail for you two

The issues ive always had was that grub screw infront of the slider pin then the crusty pin the locating slots that the pads don’t stay in and then the fiddle of trying to clean it all.

With these the pads are held in with a spring push that pull the pin the pads come out 4 each side.

Yes pan I’ll get round to cleaning that soon

It’s like the Emperor’s new clothes up in here :hehe:

bet you didnt clean the pistons properly though…

I took them 90% out and used a brass brush as told to. When I’ve got the money for new seals I’ll fully strip them.

wrong post

TWAT:D

Actually, I like the idea of spring fixings. I reckon the last owner of my bike had put those threaded pins in with a steam hammer. Its now a 6mm allen head, not a 5…:hehe:

sour grapes ?

shouldve bought a superduke and you would have had proper brakes too

smear some muc on that bike its too clean

No no noooooooo it has to stay clean the voices in my head tell me so

I’ve got Brembos front and rear on my scoot - stop!

wanted a proper bike as well
