Setanta realise there have been negotiation break downs with terrestrial TV channels and there is no England Highlights of them thrashing croatia 4-1.
Sounds like a blinding game by the English national team (for once). So I was dissapointed that could not watch the highlights…
But they have done a favour/publicity stunt, and are opening up their subscription channel tonight for all who have sky or freeview to watch without encription issues for FREE!

I pay £70 ish a month for Sky + HD but then the ferkers want me to pay extra for football, boxing, films, wrestling etc just a complete ferking rip-off

Its a sport involving 22 men who fall over if you look at them funny and area paid gagillions to do so. Its fans are the most fickle and tedious people I know who are tantamount to Sports Nazis considering ow if you disagree with them you’re practically beaten to death for blaspheming against “the beautiful game” - Frankly I’m about to write to Setanta and ask that they ONLY place football is ever shown again, is on 1 television which is bolted to the bottom of the Marianas Trench in a room 3 foot by 5 foot by 8 foot. Then I’d sell the rights to film the riot that ensued as 2 billion desperate men fought over the tickets to be allowed to squeeze into the box with the TV… I’m thinking of making a series of programmes called “Drown your least favourite people” - Series 2 will be “Reality Show Contestants Being Held underwater for a long time”, Series 3, “Boris Johnson Special”, Series 4, “I own a BMW and I can’t swim”, Series 5 “The officious official special, where any jumped up uniform wearing idiot with NO authority is chained to the seabed and is only given a mile of MacDonalds straws to stick together to reach air at the surface”

Now, please, some of us try to still play up and support this country even in the hard times amidst the youth crime, youth murder, feral youth gangs on the streets, loss of respect and loss of loving thy neighbour and lack of helping another less fortunate than yourself… if it can bring a little satisfaction to someone…great.

The only good thing about Setanta was the advert a few months ago with the girl in the burger van . . . that’s all I know about Setanta and all I want to know . . .
'im indoors is a big footie fan and subscribed to setanta a year ago. After 2 months of about a maximum of 20 minutes actual viewing time (the remainder of which was unwatchable due to signal problems). He cancelled the subscription.
Funnily enough last night the “unscrambled signal” came through with no problems… One has to wonder what their encryption is like?
Oh, in case you are wondering, the sky signals were all perfectly fine at the time he was experiencing the problems with setanta so it wasn’t a general signal problem.

How about cycling, swimming, rugby and cricket, they get like a quarter of a page each in the sports section. Some ruddy footballer sneezes or shags another blond Money Slut, and you get 300 pages of analysis. Or ruddy England and its football racist intolerance throws a hissy fit, cos the new coach can’t sing “My ole mans a dustman” or “Rule Britannia” and has the audacity to be foreign. Talk about a MESSED UP mentality…
Its just so depressingly uninteresting but so many seemingly sane adults just can’t seem to live without it. IN fact many of them display the same symptoms as heroin addicts when they can’t get their fix. Lousy moods, tetchy, irritable, aggressive. Its borderline pathetic really.
