just put a new o2o on the rear wheel and new pads on the front and gee the ‘flying sofa’ is really planted now and pulls up even better. Watch out all you sports bike I often forget that I meant to ride this beast sedately…well it dont say nuffink about that in the handbook, dont let anyone or even Ange tell you its an old mans bike:D Ratty one hand KD here I come;)
It might be a sofa but we remember you complaining about “numb bum” on Sunday :D:D
yeah but now i can moan about scraped knees just as soon as i have put 100 miles on the new tyre, did about 65 today alone so tomorow might go round about hunting, top of blackbird hill is a good one to stop traffic:D
Nothing like giving things a jolly good clean out. I stripped and cleaned my calipers yesterday. First time in a year or so… (bad I know). I have kept them properly bled etc though. Pads have 1/3 life left in them and they bite so nicely now! Makes a huge difference on feel! Front tyre is going to need replacing in around 2 months by the looks of things…
