There should be a scoring system where everybody can take part in. The user with most points is best quality writer Simple as that:)

Yes, I should point out that quality over quantity is always preferred, so anyone caught spamming will be silenced! Perhaps I will change it to who has the most ‘rated’ discussions, that way we will see perhaps a different view on the best contributors to the community!
Also give an interesting opportunity for some covert advertising on the front page
