Filtered past a white flatbed pick up truck on the A40 this morning. Dickhead driver had a large brown dog on his lap - the dog was leaning out of the driver’s window!
So called ‘Safety cameras’ are useless at protecting us from such people.
Yeah, unfortunately ‘safety cameras’ are not yet able to detect stupidity only speed. Shame

I have found cagers dont like to be patted on the head 
was it nodding ?
I spotted one also , statutory staff bull terrier,just missing the can of stella to top off the urban hard man look.
