I found K tech good quality. Used fork and shock springs on my R1.
Eibach springs are supposed to be one of the best, but are hard to find dealers of them.
ktech it is then i need to get weighed with my kit it to see if its a 8.5 or 9 rated springs
hagon are pretty good im told, i got adam a set of bitubo but they aint been fitted yet so havnt got any feedback on em yet.
Use this Racetech Spring Rate Calculation Tool by entering your weight without gear.
It will tell you what springs your bike has stock and what spring rate springs they recommend for your bike and your weight.
Racetech measure their springs in Kilograms per millimetre, and K-Tech measure theirs in Newtons per millimetre.
N/mm is roughly ten times Kg/mm (1 N/mm = 0.1 Kg/mm).
Also, Suzuki use an oil type specified as Suzuki Fork Oil L01. This has the same damping properties as pi$$.
Replace with quality equivalent Motul 5W.
I have Hagons front and rear on my XJR1200 and find them excellent. Fitting Hagon springs on ZZR600 next week…I expect big improvements…
