I use this whey - unflavoured and really basic. Good amino breakdown though and minimal sugar bulking. I blend it into a milkshake with tinned stawberries and itās tasty enough. Might give you the boke if you just shake with water though.
Personally I think L-gluatime is a useful additional supplimenet for good recovery.
What is involved with the training programme you are following. Iām by no means someone who should be giving rigid advice but learn what training suits YOUR body and of course tailor it to your goals. For me body building style training is terribleā¦ i feel slow and weak and really no progress. Where as working on oly lifts, stability, explosive leg work and polys has made me feel great recently.

Personally I donāt think itās great but ādifferent strokes for different folksā. I can go into why i disagree with it if you like? That will be dependant on your reasoning behind using it thoughā¦ but if your supplimenting with protein presumably you are trying to increase power or achieve hypertrophy? :unsure:
