I use this whey - unflavoured and really basic. Good amino breakdown though and minimal sugar bulking. I blend it into a milkshake with tinned stawberries and itā€™s tasty enough. Might give you the boke if you just shake with water though.

Personally I think L-gluatime is a useful additional supplimenet for good recovery.

What is involved with the training programme you are following. Iā€™m by no means someone who should be giving rigid advice but learn what training suits YOUR body and of course tailor it to your goals. For me body building style training is terribleā€¦ i feel slow and weak and really no progress. Where as working on oly lifts, stability, explosive leg work and polys has made me feel great recently.

Personally I donā€™t think itā€™s great but ā€œdifferent strokes for different folksā€. I can go into why i disagree with it if you like? That will be dependant on your reasoning behind using it thoughā€¦ but if your supplimenting with protein presumably you are trying to increase power or achieve hypertrophy? :unsure:

nope bit more complicated than thatā€¦ i can email you the program if you want but in general its two unrelated groups back to back e.g.:

pulldown & leg press
bench press & leg cur
calf press & back extensions

with small rest periods

etc.

at the same time i change the workout volume after the 4th repeat e.g.:

Workout 1-4: 3 sets of 10 @ 110 lbs
Workout 5-8: 4 sets of 8 @ 120 lbs
Workout 9-12: 4 sets of 6 @ 130 lbs

then i change excersises(routines) completely so no longer do bench press but dumbell and start from 3 sets of 10 again

there are about 6 routines of 3 circles (of volume) with 2 different ā€˜daysā€™

I found that it has helped me shed weight and gain strength (been doing it since June)
