I currently live near Canning Town in a small flat which has a secure car park, which is great, but I need to move west, where I know its more expensive. Can anyone recommend anywhere west where it is feasible to get secure parking or a garage for a reasonable price?

An immovable object and a decent chain is about the best you can do. I know people who have had their bikes stolen from underground carparks within their flat complex. The thieving element are everywhere and they get everywhere.
Houses with garages are available everywhere…but how big is your budget?
