I wouldnt mind this so much except, when BBC called Libraries and lesiure facilties run by Westminster council…they were closed…reason given “its a bank holiday” :crazy:

Good point made on the news last night though…if the council charge for parking on boxing day(sat) then why not open every other council run establishment on that day…but the way their headed we won’t even have the christmas day off in a few years time…
