Guys,
Looking at buying a bike in the very near future. Not being a bike mechanic, or expert, what should i look for.
What should i check on the bike, and how do i do it?
For information, the bike i am looking at getting is a 2001 GSXR-750 (K1)

Best thing to do first is find a friend who knows bikes to give you a hand. If this is not possible then post the bike up on a couple of sites asking others what they think of it. You never know, someone may know off the bike and be able to give you a better understanding of the life it has had.
Otherwise, at a cost there is AA, etc to have a look over it 
Also remember that there is no rush to hand over your money so if you don’t feel 100% about the bike WALK AWAY. And then are a lot of people out there thinking their K1/K2/K3 750’s are worth not much less than the new ones.
