5.45 for me its about 30mins to work
i love every min of it 
Just finishing a week of nights here,
Start at 10pm, work through until 2.45am and then comes a lapse until a Power Recharge on the Systems and a start up again at 4.20am through to 7am.
Then its on the Bike and home sweet home !!.
I have noticed that its cack isnt it! I had my last job for 5 and a half years with good hours and what a culture shock when I got made redundant and saw the hours most companies work! 
wake up 7am, finish at 7pm.
Well, in the UK, we do fall under the European Working Time Directive (or whatever the official name is), but we, the workers, have retained the right to opt out. In the City, if you don’t opt out (which is entirely voluntary), you won’t get hired. So much for opting out…
Sure, you’d just never work in the City again… I don’t know what would happen if you’d opt out, get a job and then opt back in. Well, except I do: no bonuses or payrises, as you’re ‘not pulling your weight’ and ‘not being a team player’. Welcome to the sick work culture of the UK!
I wake up every day at 7 bar sunday unless i wont to got for a drive(which i do)!!! Out of the house by 7:20 and get at work at around 9ish!!!Finish at 6, Home most nights at around 7:30 to 8!!!Depends on traffic!!!

im up at 10am to get to work for 2pm 4 days on 2 days off exept for the last 4 days of the mnth when i have to be up at 2am to be at work for 4:30am…
its a bugger trying to get to sleep to wake up for 2am…lol

I have to be to work by 8 a.m…I get up at 5:30 each morning and go downstairs to the gym in my basement to work out…I’m back upstairs by 6:30 or so, have a shower and am out the door for the office by 7:15.
