what Rear shock is best?

Im looking to replace my rear shock (standard) on my 2006 kawasaki z750 with a better quality aftermarket product. It needs to be able to adjust slightly, be of much better quality and suitable for touring and city riding. With so many different ones on the market its hard to know what to choose, oh and it has to be affordable. Any ideas?

Ohlins if you can afford it, but Nitron also make some excellent shocks for a lot less.

I’m having a Wilbers shock installed and set up in the weekend. Bit cheaper than Ohlins and supposed to be very good too.
