I’ve just spent another £50 on there for stuff I don’t really need.

I know the feeling, I check it everyday and end up buying stuff mostly to use on the bike but still stuff I can do without.
and don’t talk to Patrick about it… he’s quite pissed off with them at the moment after searching for kit he needed, not finding any, then ordering the full price parts, only to see them come up on ebay the next day for a fraction of the price…
Thing is my bike is still in bits at the garage so what’s the point in me buying stuff for it!
There are some amazing bargains to be had on there by searching for mispelled listings.
I bought a complete set of titanium pipes for my Firestorm Project as new for 99p!
The fella had listed it wrongly.
I collected the pipes from Colchester and let him keep the penny change

impressed he went through with the sale though.
Its amazing what looks good late at night but when it arrives doesnt even make it out the box!
Whats your feedback rating? That’s normally a good indicator of how much useless rubbish is sitting in your shed/loft.
Mines about 130 but in my defence its not all rubbish-I replaced my kitchen and bought all the taps, sinks, handles, tools etc and it was all a lot cheaper than the shops. I even put a few of the tools back on after using them and sold them for more than I paid!
I’m ashamed to say what my feedback is… It’s way too high.

Got a feedback of nearly 2000, altough I do sell custom t-shirts on there myself too, so it’s not all tat I’ve bought, although I have bought quite a lot of crap that I’ve never used…
The other things is its too easy-Bloody paypal, I dont even need to get my card out and type the numbers!

i have a love hate relationship with ‘the bay’.
Sold a radiator for 20 quid…worth well over 100…D’oh. He came to pick it up too so i couldn’t even rinse on delivery 
Also got some killer bargains…so i supose…it all evens itself out in the end.
Fact is that anywhere is cheaper than Mr Honda. He must have a fat wallet from the sale of parts alone

parts is the biggest thing I buy… but sometimes they’re no cheaper than from the dealer - especially when a breaker gets involved - there’s a shed load of CBF600 stuff from a breaker there at the mo - and he’s refusing to accept offers on any of it, even though he’s selling it all at the same price as a dealer brand new… silly bugger.
Thing is there is always somebody who will buy it.
I once sold a second hand car stereo and to save me typing the blurb I put a link to the Halfords description, my stereo sold for £25 more new one, plus they had to pay postage and it was 18 months old!
I quite often put stuff on at the full retail price but let people make me an offer through the correct ebay channel. It amazes me how many people just hit the buy-it-now!!
Mabey some people don’t care about the price??

I’ve got loads of stuff to sell, so I try and fund my spending on ebay with what I sell myself.
