im looking at upgrading my z750 to fully faired sports. not sure what to get yet :unsure: took a test ride on a 848 which was really good but the position was awful if your going for a long ride, and after riding that its just made me want something with a bit more power.
currently im looking at the new fireblade, i love the looks of it. and with a slipper clutch already standard it really does appeal to me as i fancy taking it on track too… what else would you boys and girls recommend?
Try a recent GSX-R 750.
More comfortable. More power (well, less bottom end but more top end).
personally i only like the k4 gsxr shape & will get one as my next track bike. i ride an 06 blade on the road as i way prefer the shape to the newer one & its absolutely awesome!
test rode an 07 r1 & r6 & didnt like them, the front of the r1 is so wide cuz of the light arrangement & the r6 was really heavy on wrists round town in the wet. id love one for track but would annoy me as my only bike!
