What bike event is on today?

I left Clacton this morning at about 11am and saw around 500 bikes on my way home travelling along the A12. It was crazy.

Anyone know what its all about?

Essex Air Ambulance run, you probably see one of the waves as they stagger the bikes every 15 min’s or so.

Me and a couple of mates joined the main lot heading down around 11:00 am. Was a top ride, there were 100,s of bikes descending on Harwich for the Air Ambulance. Big thanks to all the spectators on the route down, waving as we went through. Was waaaaaay cool!
