Just been listening to R5, a bloke mailed in saying how he’d earlier witnessed a traffic accident, so doing the right thing he waited for the police to turn up so he could give them a statement.
Plod arrives, looks in the back of his car, see’s the guys kids watching TV & rather than taking a statement, he starts grilling him on wether he had a TV licence etc.
Guy now has to turn up at the cop shop with his driving docs & his TV licence !
Guess he won’t be so public spirited in the future. 
So Trojan, Darryl & Scratchings I guess your job just got another bit harder - where do they get these pompous buffoons from & why can’t they get rid of them ?
