welding/cutting metal guru wanted

right am wanting a welding/cutting metal guru.
can any1 help?
i want a fairing bracket made, have made a crude pic which i believe shows wot i want made.
the fairing i bought mounts on the bike like crap so i want a better option.
if you can tell by my diagram it is the red bit i want made, it would mount to the headlight vis the hedalight mounts and also use the same mounts to the headlight brackets then the frame bit would mount to the fairing via 4 fixing points.
can any1 make it or know any1 who can?
cheers, John

John , thats a real easy job for a welder except he’s gotta spend time making a pattern , cutting the flat bar and bending the headlamp stays … if it was me , even tho i can knock up that type of stuff i would probably just jig-saw the complete brackets (x 2 ) out of 3mm alluminium or 5mm if you really want to cos the fairing must weigh next to nothing…job done .
