TBH, the kneedown thing wasn’t all that dificult to do (not saying it is perfect but at least a start), the only reason I ever decided to try it is because I bought a new K5 Gixxer-6 and had to run it in so no “up on one” fun… 
Started scrubing tyres in and was amazed with lean angle so one thing led to another and finally got my kneedown. I reckon if anyone does a track day it will happen easily.
Gixxer is now run in so starting to get the front up again !..
